I wanted to create this thread for our guest visitors.
ProBoards itself won't allow you to use a Yahoo! Mail account to sign up and create an account; you'll probably have to use Google Mail (Gmail) instead if you want to join Komozo Role-Plays. That said, I won't necessarily require that you check your email much at all; if I have announcements, check around The Bar or the Shoutbox. If it's something that I have to contact you about privately, it will most likely be through private messaging.
So, to sign up for Komozo Role-Plays, use a Gmail or Hotmail or any other Google email (seriously, they're free). In the event that I do require you to check your email, I will notify you via PM first or by announcement (if it's for the forum as a whole).
I personally don't think it's detrimental to have to use Google over Yahoo!, as I've used both in the past, but now I primarily use Google Mail for everything (and no, I'm not saying Google is the best out there; it's just what I use on a regular basis for myself).
If you have any issues regarding Yahoo! Mail not being accepted for account creation, you can always contact ProBoards about the issue (just go to the main ProBoards website). It's not something I or any other staff member at Komozo Role-Plays has any control over.
